What it is?


To make this breakfast bowl all you need is your cereal bowl. Add some diced fresh fruits in equal parts – pomegranate, strawberries, watermelon, mangoes, kiwi, grapes, or any of your choice.

Take a bowl & add 1 fresh coconut water along with 1 spoon of sabja seeds. Cover it & let it sit for 15- 20 minutes.


You can also add a red hibiscus flower & put it in a cup of boiling water for 10 minutes. Let the water cool down before you use it. This step is completely optional.
